What is the minimum length of stay?
Our minimum stay is typically two nights. This may vary depending on the season or specific apartment.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. We can sometimes accommodate early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee, depending on availability.
How do I book and pay for my stay?
You can book directly on our website by selecting your dates and paying securely. We also accept bookings via WhatsApp or phone. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
Is there a caution fee?
Yes, we require a refundable caution fee to cover any potential damages. This fee is returned to you within 24 hours of your check-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 14 days, the caution fee is refunded but the booking fee is non-refundable.
What is the power (electricity) situation like?
We provide 24/7 power. Our apartments are equipped with a standby generator and an inverter system to ensure you have an uninterrupted electricity supply, even during public power outages.
Are utilities included in the price?
Yes, all utilities are included. This covers electricity, water, cooking gas, high-speed Wi-Fi, and DStv/Netflix subscriptions.
Is housekeeping (cleaning) included?
Yes, cleaning is provided. We offer full cleaning services daily.
What amenities are available in the apartment?
All our apartments come fully furnished with air conditioning, a smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, fridge), and fresh bed linens and towels.
How do I get the keys?
Our facility manager will be on-site to welcome you, give you a tour, and hand over the keys.
Is the apartment building secure?
Your safety is our priority. Our properties are located in secure estates with 24/7 on-site security, and CCTV surveillance.
What if I need maintenance or have an issue during my stay?
We have an on-site facility manager available to handle any urgent requests 24/7.
